Abstract

This research paper investigates the impact of Transformational Leadership on three dimensions of employee engagement: affective, cognitive, and behavioral, within the Malaysian context. Using an online questionnaire-based method, data was collected from 126 respondents. The results indicate a significant positive relationship between Transformational Leadership and the levels of employee engagement across all three dimensions. This study underscores the importance of Transformational Leadership practices in enhancing and cultivating a deeply engaged workforce in Malaysia.
